Refund

A refund of your subscription means requesting your money back within 7 days of your first purchase.

The customer is only eligible for a refund of their first subscription, since the 7 calendar days are counted from the moment of purchase.

Issuing a refund immediately removes the user's access.

Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription means stopping future charges while keeping access for the current month.

Cancelling stops the charges for the coming months, breaking the link of your subscription.

The user can keep using the app during the current subscription month, losing access only at the end of the current subscription period.

How to refund within 7 days?

When you request a refund at reembolso.kiwify.com.br the amount will be returned as a credit on your card statement (if you paid by credit card) or directly to your balance (if you paid via Pix) within 15 days.

How to cancel future subscription charges?

When purchasing the subscription, the customer receives an email with a button to manage their subscription, allowing them to cancel it or even change the payment method.

You can cancel your subscription from the email Kiwify sent you at the time of your BK Reviews purchase; just search your email for:
