Just like any other app such as Areviews, Ryviu, or Alireviews, our app needs to be installed on your Shopify store.

You can find our app by clicking this button or by searching for BK Reviews in the Shopify App Store.

Click the INSTALL button to add the app to your store.

After that, grant the permissions our app needs.

Once you click install, the app will be located in the apps tab shown below.

If you already tried to import a review after installing the Shopify app and it didn't work, you probably haven't installed it on your theme yet.

For importing to work and reviews to appear on your page, the app must be installed on your theme.

To install it on your theme, click the button labeled Installation in your app.

This button opens a screen where you can install the app.

When you click install, a window for your theme opens and you will need to click the save button as shown in the image below.

You can now access the dashboard to manage reviews and import them using our extension.
