BK Reviews is essentially a tool to import reviews into third-party review managers.
Users typically use apps like Areviews, Ryviu, or Trustoo to store their reviews in the store and use BK Reviews to import them.
The problem is that many of these apps are paid, have several issues, and are hard to use, so we created our own to solve these problems.
So now, besides having an extension to import reviews, we have an app inside Shopify to store them for free and without limits.
The difference is that the Manager is an app inside Shopify to store the reviews, like Ryviu, Trustoo, or Areviews, and the Importer is an extension that extracts and places reviews in your store.
Our Review Manager is free
Our review manager is free and can be installed by any Shopify user, with no payment required to install it.
If you made a payment inside Shopify to use BK Reviews, there may have been a mistake or error within the platform, because our Shopify app is not paid.
To import reviews you need an extension plan
You can only import reviews into our manager through our extension, so a plan is required to place reviews in your store.
NOTE: Your store's reviews will stop being displayed if the extension subscription is overdue.
